You can communicate with team members or employees using the chat feature within the project management system. Simply navigate to the project, select the chat tab, and create a group chat to collaborate and exchange messages with multiple participants.

Tag Employees in Comments
You can tag employees in project comments by navigating to the comment section and selecting the designated tab. From there, search for the employees you want to include in the conversation, allowing you to communicate with them directly.

Send Copy to Client
When sending messages in the chat section of the comments, you can select the option to send a copy to a client. Once completed, a copy of the message will be automatically sent via email.

Understanding Writing Comments
To communicate with team members or employees, you can exchange comments through group chats or private messages, enabling seamless collaboration between all parties.

Follow Up Notifications
Communicating with team members and employees is a simple way to stay updated on project details. After a team chat, you can schedule a follow-up date to ensure any necessary information from the client is obtained.
