Project Management for Teams
Effective project management software helps teams plan, organize, and track tasks efficiently, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. Add New Team Member
To add a new team member to a project, navigate to the project, go to the Team tab, and click the "New Team Member" button. From there, you can select a member from your existing list.

Project Task List
Gain an alternative perspective on the tasks assigned to team members to assess how much has been completed and what remains to be done. This insight will help improve their efficiency in completing project tasks.

Assign Team Tasks
Assign specific files and resources to team members, making them inaccessible to others who are not assigned to that part of the project.

Assign Tasks to Team
In the “Assign Tasks to Team” section, you can select resources to share with other team members by clicking on the field, which will display a list of available resources. After making your selection, you can confirm the resource assignment to the task.

Selecting Team Members
You can add multiple employees and assign them responsibilities for projects. You can search by employee name and continue adding more to the project as needed.

Download Resources
Users can download project files and resources to their devices for review or use in the project.
