How to use our Project Management
Managing projects within a software platform involves organizing, coordinating, and overseeing tasks to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery while meeting set objectives. Project Testing
The third stage of the Project Board's Kanban is the project "Testing" panel. This section is designed for projects in the final testing phase, being prepared for client review and sign-off.
Project In Progress
The second stage of the Project Board's Kanban is the project "In Progress" panel. This column panel displays active projects along with all relevant details and team members involved in the project. Here, you can make updates, add team members, upload project files, and assign view/edit permissions.
Project To Do
The first stage of the Project Board's Kanban is the project "To-Do" panel. In this column, users can view accepted projects and access key information needed to develop various aspects of the project.
Using Team Activities
Within a project, you can quickly view the latest activities of each team member, including their tasks and progress. This overview includes dates to track milestones, such as created and accepted quotations, as well as quotes displaying pricing details.
Using Project Board Teams
In the project board, navigate to the team tab to view all team members, their current tasks, and any attached files they are working with.
Understanding Ongoing Projects
From the Project Board, you can access a list of all ongoing project quotes and client history, including the scope of each project.
