Our Client Messaging feature offers an easy and efficient way to communicate directly with both clients and employees within your company. Access the messaging tab in the bottom left corner of your screen to instantly send and receive messages, ensuring smooth communication throughout the day. Whether you're discussing project details with a client or coordinating with your team, the messaging tool keeps all conversations organized and accessible. With real-time updates and the ability to quickly switch between chats, it helps you stay on top of key discussions and keep everyone aligned—without the need for external messaging apps.
Chat Messages with Client
Messaging users and chatting with team members in a project management system for new projects streamline communication and enhance collaboration from the start. With real-time messaging, team members can discuss tasks, share updates, and address questions instantly, ensuring alignment on project goals and deadlines. Group chats and direct messages enable seamless discussions, while tagged mentions help direct attention to specific team members. Uploading Images to Chat
In our messaging system, easily share image files by clicking the paperclip icon, then selecting and uploading a file from your device.

Easily engage with users through our floating messaging chat. This feature enables users to view messages while browsing the system, managing files, and collaborating with team members and clients.
Private and Group Messaging
Our main messaging service, located under "Additional Features," offers a spacious interface for users to create private and group chats. This facilitates seamless project discussions and includes the option to host video meetings for enhanced collaboration.
Creating a Group Messages
To create a group chat, navigate to the Project and click on "Chat". Then, select the "Create Project Group" button to set up a chat board where clients, team members, and employees can collaborate and discuss the project seamlessly.
