How to use Quotation Rejections
When a quotation is rejected in ClientRamp, it’s essential to take the right steps to revise and resubmit the proposal effectively. The platform provides tools to help you analyze the reasons behind the rejection, make necessary adjustments, and communicate with clients for further clarification. With ClientRamp, you can easily update pricing, scope, or terms within the quotation and resubmit it for approval. Additionally, the system keeps track of rejected quotes, allowing you to learn from past feedback and improve future proposals. By utilizing these features, businesses can refine their quoting process and enhance client relationships through better alignment with their expectations.
Using Quotation Rejected
In the Quotation Rejected column on the Quotes Board page, you'll find all the quotes that were prepared and sent out but ultimately rejected, either by your client or someone within your company. These quotes require modification before they can be resubmitted. Once updated, you can easily drag and drop them into a different status column, or if needed, leave them in the "Rejected" column until further action is taken. This section helps you keep track of quotes that need revision and ensures you stay organized as you work through them.

Quoting Rejected Projects
Easily check the status of each quote by viewing the quotation details on the board. See if a project is accepted, approved, rejected, or still in progress.

Awaiting Rejection
To change a project’s status from "Waiting for Approval" to "Rejected," drag it to the "Rejected Quotation" section on the Kanban board. It will stay rejected unless updated.

Rejection Reason
When a quote is rejected, a pop-up appears for you to provide a reason. This feedback is sent to the admin for review and possible revisions.

Understanding Quotation Rejected
The Quotation Rejected column shows quotes that have been declined by either the client or an employee, keeping them organized in one place. This feature lets you update and resend quotes for approval as needed.
